Action Custom Straps has been designing and making Jimmy Buffett's guitar straps for over 14 years now. "Fins up!" was added in 2010 and is Jimmy's main strap. "Fins up!" is handcra20ed here in Indianapolis, IN, one at a time using soft white top grain leather. "Fins up!", like all of our straps features an embroidered and hand rolled body that eliminates any edges. Fins up! is 2 1/2" wide and the standard length adjusts from 44" to 54". If you want it longer or shorter, no problem and no charge.

At Action Custom Straps we have always preferred not to cut holes in the body of our straps (which is too soft to be used in this way), so we add an additional back adjustment piece that gives a clean look no matter where the strap is adjusted. Soft leather is used where it can be appreciated and stronger leather where it is needed! After the strap is assembled, it is sewn with a single stitch.
