Our Policies

Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority mail (2 day delivery). If the item is shipped to an address within the United States, please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. We will provide a tracking number upon shipment of your order. We are willing to provide quicker shipping times, different carriers (FedEx Express) and insurance at the customers request. Please contact us at the time of the order if you are requesting faster shipping and we will gladly provide you with the shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL shipments: We also ship USPS Priority to our international customers. Please allow 6 to 10 days for your order to arrive once it has shipped. Contact us for shipping rates if you are interested in anything other than Priority shipping. Action Custom Straps is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, customs charges, or licenses needed to secure your order. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Items lost or damaged during shipment are not the responsibility of Action Custom Straps, unless customer has previously purchased insurance on their order or upgraded shipping if it is an international shipment. Action Custom Straps is only able to assist in locating a package if there is a tracking number associated with the order.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product within 7 days of receipt as long as the item is in new and resalable condition. This does not apply to items altered or made to a customer’s specifications, which includes custom designs. Custom designs are any item that varies at all from what is shown on our site. All items returned will be subject to NO RETURN FEES. The return shipping (from customer to Action Custom Straps) is the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return items, you MUST request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number prior to shipping the return item. RA numbers should be clearly written on the outside of the box prior to shipping. Please provide a copy of receipt when returning the item.
Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the item(s). In the case of guitar and camera straps, we cannot accept the return if the strap shows any sign of use or wear. This is because the leather we use quickly forms to an individual and while this is a natural process, it makes the strap unable to be resold. If the returned item is deemed to be in its original condition, a FULL REFUND will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account, less shipping charges.
Exchanges
All exchanges will be subject to NO EXCHANGE FEES. The return shipping (from customer to Action Custom Straps) is the responsibility of the customer. The customer will also be charged the forward shipping charge (from Action Custom Straps to customer). If you wish to exchange items, you must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number prior to shipping the return item. RA numbers should be clearly written on the outside of the box prior to shipping.
